Legal Update: Launching of Online Public Service of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training
Issue: No. 003P/21 – 9 January 2021
Under Prakas No. 430/20 dated on 31 December 2020, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (“MLVT”) has announced on the launching of its online service related to labour and vocational training sector. Under this Prakas, MLVT has strived more on the improvement quality, efficiency, transparency and accountability of its public service by upgrading from a paper based services to an online system. This prakas has introduced three (03) online systems, including the previous system for foreign employment, as follows:
| 1. | For public service related to labour sector | : | https://lacms.mlvt.gov.kh |
| 2. | For public service related to vocational training sector | : | https://tvcms.mlvt.gov.kh |
| 3. | For public service related to foreign employment | : | https://fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh |
Following this Prakas, the system will be usable from:
| – | 11 January 2021 | : | For any public services under the MLVT’s competency; |
| – | 1 March 2021 | : | For any public services under the competency of the Municipal/Provincial Department of Labour and Vocational Training and One Window Service. |
