We are amongst few law firms in Cambodia that are accredited by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) to provide legal services in securities and capital market sector.  We are best known for our works in the IPO of Phnom Penh Autonomous Port, the second state owned enterprise that listed in CSX; and the IPO of ACLEDA Commercial Bank, the first commercial bank in Cambodia that is listed in CSX.
