Regulatory Reform and Development

We have years of experiences in working with international development agencies and partners in Cambodia including but not limited to WHO, JICA, GIZ in regulatory reform and development of new legislation. We have in depth knowledge and know how to:

• Advice client on current laws and regulations;
• Conduct desktop review on existing laws and regulations to identify issues, and challenges;
• Study on international experiences and best practices and making recommendation to client and relevant Ministries;
• Liaise with all stakeholders as needed to identify issues and to gather inputs; and
• Produce draft law or regulations, and supporting relevant documents.
