PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Before joining Sithisak Law Office, Marineth served as a legal assistant at a law firm in Phnom Penh, where she was involved in legal research and drafting agreements related to commercial and real estate matters. Marineth has been working as a Deputy Head of Administration and Human Resource Officer at Sala Traju Association since 2020.
Joining Sithisak Law Office in 2021, Marineth works with a Legal advisor and Attorney-at-law. Her primary work concerning legal translation, legal research, reviewing and drafting all types of standard real estate agreements, registration of construction permits and licenses and relevant approval for real estate development projects, conducting legal due diligence, assisting in lease/sale purchase transactions, and title deed ownership transfer. She speaks both Khmer and English.
