Mrs. Sim Dalis is an Attorney at Law of Litigation and ADR Practice Group of Sithisak law office. She was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2016.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Dalis has an expertise in litigation and alternative resolution. Prior to joining Sithisak in 2021, she served as an Attorney at Law at Asia Cambodia Law group (ACLG) where she earnt an extensive experience in representing clients at all levels of jurisdictions and also in drafting legal documents, legal opinion, commercial contracts, corporate and related documents. Furthermore, she also served as an Attorney at law at Cambodian human rights and development association (ADHOC) where she experienced in representing clients in criminal, civil and land dispute matters. She used to serve as a Program Coordinator at International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) where she gained knowledge in coordinating the organization’s activities between IBJ’s eight provincial offices and the head office, as well as experience in supporting the Country Director and Program Officers in multiple tasks related to projects such as coordination and implementation of the activities, recruitment, monitoring and evaluation the project and coordination with justice sector stakeholders national and local governmental authorities. She compiled the report to donor, wrote funding proposal, provided English translation and interpretation, provided logistic support for conducting workshop seminar related to legal sight to NGO partners justice stake holder and relevant institutions.
He speaks Khmer and English.
