Mrs. Kouchseam is an Attorney at Law at Sithisak Law Office. She was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2020.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Kouchseam has completed an internship at Centre de Recherche Appliqué en Droit (CREAD) and she later was an intern at Sala Traju Association, where she built a strong foundation in legal research, analysis and writing.
Joining Sithisak in 2016, Kouchseam is a member of Corporate, Commercial and Compliance Division. Her primary work concerns corporate and commercial affairs including advising and assisting on company registration, business license application, products registration, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and notifications. In addition to her primary work, her work also involves in debt settlement, taxation, legal translation, civil matter, and litigation. She speaks Khmer, English and basic French.
