In response to this matter, MLVT has issued an Notification No.013\/21 dated 26 March 2021 to notice owner\/employer of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>establishment\/enterprise that the application for delay of foreign work permit\/employment card in 2021 has been delay. This include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table big-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>New Deadline<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>:<\/strong><\/td><td>Until 31 May 2021<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>:<\/strong><\/td><td>Pursuant to this notification there is not imposing fine on foreigner(s) who has 2020 foreign work permit\/employment card.
