{"id":555,"date":"2021-06-02T08:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T08:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sithisak-lawoffice.com\/?post_type=resource-legals-news&#038;p=555"},"modified":"2025-07-22T10:57:34","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T10:57:34","slug":"legal-update-monetary-penalties-under-the-jurisdiction-of-the-ministry-of-commerce","status":"publish","type":"resource-legals-news","link":"https:\/\/sithisak-lawoffice.com\/ja\/resource-legals-news\/legal-update-monetary-penalties-under-the-jurisdiction-of-the-ministry-of-commerce\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal Update: Monetary Penalties under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Commerce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Issue: No. 023P\/21 \u2013 02 June 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, any company that fails to comply with the obligation imposed by Ministry of Commerce will get penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Commerce has issued a Joint Prakas No. 316 dated 12 May 2021, which provide a list of penalty to be imposed on any person violating the provision of Law on Commercial Rules and Commercial Register, Law Concerning Marks, Trade Names and Acts of Unfair Competition, Law on Commercial Enterprises, and Law on E-Commerce.
