SHV.PD dated 05 July 1996 on the collection of unused land tax, property tax payment and unused land tax payment, all taxpayers shall pay such taxes by 30 September of every fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 08 June 2021, General Department of Taxation issued a Notification No. 9563 on an alert of declaration and payment of the property tax and\/or unused land tax for fiscal year 2021, in order to remind all property owners who have not paid yet such taxes to declare and make payment no later than 30 September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to comply with this requirement will subject to the fine and penalties as provided by applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope that the above legal compliance alert is helpful for your investment and help you to invest more confidently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article is merely for general information purposes.
