Our presentation, titled <em>\u201cThe Roles of Lawyers in the Promotion of the Securities Sector in Cambodia,\u201d<\/em> highlighted the growing importance of legal professionals in strengthening the country\u2019s capital market ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the session, representatives from Sithisak Law Office shared insights on how lawyers contribute to <strong>market confidence, investor protection, and corporate governance<\/strong>, as well as the critical role they play in ensuring regulatory compliance for listed and prospective companies. The discussion also emphasized the value of legal guidance throughout the <strong>IPO process, disclosure obligations, and post-listing corporate governance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By participating in this SERC training program, Sithisak Law Office reaffirmed its strong commitment to <strong>knowledge sharing, regulatory collaboration, and market development<\/strong>.
