Vacancy: 2 Legal Interns Needed<\/strong>

Practice Group: Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
– Conducting research and other necessary supporting duties and reporting to the Attorney-at-Law, legal advisors, and\/or the head practice;
– Drafting agreements and documents including loan and security documents, letters, legal opinions, legal updates, legal compliance alert, and other legal instruments upon instruction;
– Assisting and facilitating in delivering and collecting documents; Liaising with banks\u2019 officer, clients, and\/or relevant officials upon instruction;
– Performing other relevant bureaucratic works as instructed; and Performing other necessary work as required by the firm.<\/td><\/tr>
Education and Experience Requirement:<\/strong>
– Sophomore (2nd<\/sup>), Junior (3rd<\/sup>) or Senior (4th<\/sup>) year student
– Fresh graduate is a plus<\/td><\/tr>
Other Requirement:<\/strong>
English language literacy is a plus Be able to work full time for a 3-month internship<\/td><\/tr>
