Vacancy: 1 Legal Intern Needed Practice Group: Corporate, Commercial and Investment Practice Group

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting research and other necessary supporting duties and reporting to the Attorney-at-Law, legal advisors, and/or the head practice; Drafts and prepare various documents/agreement including contracts, letters, legal opinions, legal updates, legal compliance alert, various application form to different public authorities and other legal instruments; Assisting and facilitating in delivering and collecting documents; Performing other relevant bureaucratic works as instructed; and Performing other necessary work as required by the firm.

Education and Experience Requirement: Junior (3^rd) or Senior (4^th) year student Female or fresh graduate is a plus

Other Requirement: English language literacy is a plus Be able to work full time for a 3-month internship
