The project required comprehensive regulatory coordination, including corporate registration, licensing, and approvals from the Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our engagement involved a full spectrum of legal support, including <strong>corporate registration<\/strong>, <strong>licensing with the Ministry of Interior<\/strong>, and <strong>regulatory compliance<\/strong> for operating a security services company in Cambodia. We also advised on the appropriate <strong>shareholding and governance structure<\/strong>, prepared and reviewed all corporate and licensing documentation, and guided the client through compliance requirements relating to <strong>security regulations, tax implications, double tax avoidance, labour obligations, importation of operational equipment<\/strong>, and <strong>dividend distribution policies<\/strong>.
