From 2026, please be aware of capital gains tax.
From 1 January 2026, gains from sale or transfer from leases, investment assets, goodwill, intellectual property, and foreign currency shall be subject to capital gains tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For gains from the sale or transfer of immovable property, the tax is re-scheduled to take effect on 1 January 2027.
The tax is currently set at 20% of your taxable gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
