On May 03 2019, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (\u201cMEF<\/strong>\u201d) has issued an announcement on essential information of land lot and residence sale-purchase with an aim to facilitate the public to easily purchase the properties (land lot and residence) without an eventual risk\u200b before making any decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The essential information for the purchaser to get to know before making any decision on land lot and residence purchase is as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Purchasing the Land Lot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Landowner\u2019s name in certificate of title (whether it is belong to land lot project developer or others);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Certificate of title (whether there is any encumbrance or not);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Land lot development permit issued by authorities or competency units (as stated in Prakas No. 087 \u178a.\u1793.\u179f \u1794\u17d2\u179a\u1780\/\u1793\u17b9\u1780 dated 11 May 2018 in relation with Land Development of Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction (\u201cMLMUPC<\/strong>\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Property tax payment documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Land plot splitting certificate; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Details of sale purchase agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For Purchasing the Residence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Construction permit (issued by\u00a0MLMUPC\u00a0<\/strong>or Municipal-Provincial Hall);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Certificate of title (whether there is any encumbrance or not);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Residence development license (issued by\u00a0MEF<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Property tax payment documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Land plot splitting certificate; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Details of sale purchase agreement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
