MOC has temporarily suspended in-person requirements and other related works for trademark registration, but available accessed tasks through online until April 28, 2021 or&nbsp;<strong>can be extended if necessary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, there are methods for those who have opened a trademark management account as following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trademark Agents<\/strong>&nbsp;can access on filing via the Ministry\u2019s official webpage:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/group.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=75bee19468db2777d542e888c&amp;id=86135fc649&amp;e=24fea2b2a4\">efiling.cambodiaip.gov.kh<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>General applicants (individual or legal entities)<\/strong>&nbsp;can access new filing and other tasks on trademark via email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:marksreception@gmail.com\">marksreception@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Public service fees related to trademark registration may be paid through&nbsp;<strong>Canadia Bank Plc<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Acleda Bank Plc<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em><strong>Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB)<\/strong><\/em><em>&nbsp;to the Department of Intellectual Property\u2019s account<\/em><em>&nbsp;number 1518.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article is merely for general information purposes.
