Issue: No.<\/em><\/strong> 001P\/23 <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 02 January 2023<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 14 November 2022, the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (REBPR)<\/strong> of the Non-Banking Financial Services Authority (NBFSA)<\/strong> issued a Notification on Using the New Format of Report\/Statement of the Mortgage and Pawnshop Business Sector from 1 January 2023 onwards (the \u201cNotification<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Notification aims to inform all licensed mortgage and pawnshop business owners that the format of the monthly report and annual financial statement of the mortgage and pawnshop business sector will be changed from 1 January 2023 onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, all licensed mortgage and pawnshop business owners are required to submit the report\/statement as defined in Prakas No. 030 MEF.PrK dated 13 January 2017 shall use the new format of report\/statement and submit it directly to REBPR located at NBFSA Building No. 168F, 7th<\/sup> Floor, Street 598, Chrang Chamreh I Commune, Russei Keo District, Phnom Penh or via telegram number at 078 266 268 during working hours from 1 January 2023 onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
