Pursuant to a Joint Press Release on New Function on the Online Business Registration Platform dated 30 May 2023, Cambodia Data Exchange Platform (“CamDX”), an joint online business registration platform which has been in place since mid-2020, has been added with 03 (three) new functions allowing user to more access services online with ease. These new functions include:

• Function 1: Allows companies/enterprises that have been registered with Ministry of Commerce but have not yet been registered for tax, or have been registered for tax but have not yet been registered with the Ministry of Commerce, to complete the remaining registration procedure on the system.
• Function 2: Allow the request to transfer management rights of company/enterprise information form one CamDigiKey account to another CamDigiKey account.
• Function 3: Allow the request to correct company/enterprise information for submitted application that has been “returned” by allowing to correct only information that does not affect the form of company/enterprise information and the paid fees.

Please note that, under this platform, the application that has been “returned” to users to correct information or document and/or give clarification, but has not been taken any action in the response to the “return” within 21 (twenty-one) days, the application will be automatically “voided”.
