PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Joining Sithisak Law Office since 2021, Mr. Yingthay works as legal assistant and assist Advisors and Attorney-at-Law in Banking and Finance Practice Group to prepare loan and security agreements and process registration encumbrance with land departments and others relevant institution. He has been closely working with several domestic bank teams and also bank’s customers. He speaks Khmer, English and conversational in Chinese.
