Bunheang is a Legal Assistants in the Banking and Finance Practice Group of Sithisak Law Office.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
After joining Sithisak Law Office in 2021, Bunheang’s works mainly focus on drafting loan and security documents for many clients, including but not limited to the drafting of various loan/facility agreements, hypothec agreement, guarantee agreement, pledge agreement and other relevant documents for debt securing. Bunheang also assists several banks and financial institutions in applying for hypothec registration over land, and filing notice to secure transaction office of the Ministry of Commerce. He also assists bank’s client in process of real property transfer in both normal transferring process and complicated transferring process. i.e transferring of hypothecated land. Bunheang is focal contact of Sithisak Law Office with many banks and financial institutions for Sithisak Law Office. He speaks Khmer and English.

- Royal University of Law and Economics (Bachelor of law year 4th)
- Completed an internship with Sala Traju Association and is also a student 5th generation at the Contribution of Law Association.
- Completed English Bridging Course at Institute of foreign languages (IFL)
