PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Han is experienced in advising clients on company incorporations, drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including lease agreements, loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and escrow agreements and so on. She also regularly assists clients with due diligence exercises and commercial negotiations. Before joining Sithisak, Han Li worked in KCP Cambodia, a Singapore based, regional commercial law firm with a network of offices throughout the Asia Pacific region and worked closely with Chinese-speaking clients of the firm. •Due to her deep understanding of Chinese culture and the way of Chinese doing business, she has gained the trust of lots of Chinese investors. She is also versed with the investment framework and goods at providing suggestions from a Macroscopic perspective for clients who require strategic business and investment advice. Owing to her various working experience in other countries like China, Cambodia and Myanmar, she is also capable to share the investment trends in other South-East Asia countries. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
