PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Prior to joining Sithisak, Ms. Seamleng worked in one of public interest law firm that is to promote the rule of law and provide legal services. She has legal experiences in urbanization, temporary resettlement, land dispute, environmental regulation and dispute resolution mechanism, due diligence and investigation on land and title transfer.
She is currently focusing and specializing on real estate Sale-Purchase, property lease, joint venture in real estate investment project, and others legal compliance in relation to the property instatement investment.
She speaks French, English and Khmer.
