Ms. Malish is a Junior Advisor of Litigation and ADR Practice Group at Sithisak Law Office
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Malish has completed internship at Sala Traju Association and later was an intern at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) where she has built her in-depth knowledge in legal research, analysis and drafting certain legal instruments.
She joins our litigation division and focuses on drafting demand notice, filing document, complaint, motion or petition to court, and preparing statement for court and commercial arbitration hearing. She also assists our litigation lawyer in legal research and translation. She speaks Khmer and English.
