Mr. Pagna is a Partner and Head of Litigation and ADR Practice Group of Sithisak Law Office. He was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2018.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Prior to joining Sithisak Law Office, Mr. Pagna worked as court clerk of Court of First Instance from 2010 to 2018 where he gained in-depth knowledge in litigation and dispute resolution. He has mainly focused legal proceedings and substantive laws in various cases, beginning from an interim solution to merits of the dispute, regardless of complexity.
Since his admission to the BACK, he has advised, represented and defended his local and foreign clients at all level of courts in various sectors including civil, criminal, family, banking and finance, real estate, commercial and administrative matter.
