Ms. Phanavy is a Junior Advisor in Banking and Finance Practice Group at Sithisak Law office.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Phanavy has earned knowledge and experiences in litigation and discussion of alternative dispute resolution with a local law firm in assisting lawyers and her legal team to draft complaints and prepare other legal documents in prior to joining Sithisak.
Being a part of Sithisak, she has been participating in Banking and Finance group and has been closely working with several domestic bank teams and also bank’s customers in order to prepare loan and security agreement and process registration encumbrance with Land Department. She actively supports to the team by providing an assistance in legal update (Banking & Finance Sector), research, analysis and drafts of certain legal documents. She speaks Khmer, English and Japan(fair).

- Currently pursuing Master Degree of Land and Property Law at Royal University of Law and Economics cooperated with Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Cambodia
- Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia (Bachelor of Law) (2020).
