PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Vicheka’s practice focuses on real estate, construction and property development. He has particular expertise in legal due diligence in real property, applying for ownership transfer, registration of security, construction permit and licenses and relevant approval for the real estate development project. He has also in knowledge in drafting agreements, which includes multi-million dollar property sale, purchase and lease agreements, and numerous complex security documents involving real estate-based assets.
