PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Tharany has joined Sithisak Law office since 2017. As a legal advisor in real estate sector, she has provided succinct advices and expeditious support services to various clients including but not limited to developers, entrepreneurs, high net worth individual, investors, and landlords in their commercial and residential real estate projects.
Throughout the practical experiences and knowledge in real estate, she has a particular expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of real estate agreements, conducting substantial due diligence as well as preparing legal opinion in relation to establishment, construction of condominiums and co-owned buildings, apartments for high-profile investment companies. In addition, she has also diligently assisted her clients in applying for real estate permits, licenses and other entitlements. She speaks Khmer, English and France.
