Mr. Longthay is an Attorney at Law at Sithisak Law Office. He was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2019.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Prior to joining Sithisak Law Office in 2019, he served as a legal officer at court where he has built his in-depth knowledge in litigation process and also as a legal adviser at a local law firm for more than 7 years. As a trial lawyer, he represents clients at all level of domestic court. He has a highly experiences in various aspects of court proceeding and ADR including civil, criminal, commercial, real estate, family, arbitration, negotiation, contracts, providing legal advices and consultation. He speaks Khmer and English.
