Ms. Leakhena is a Junior Advisor of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group of Sithisak Law Office.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Leakhena’s core work is to prepare loan documentations, security agreements and all related documents. She liaises with banks’ officers and process registration of encumbrance with land departments and other relevant authorities and institutions. She also works with our legal advisors and attorney at law in Corporate, Commercial and Investment Practice Group to draft legal memo on corporate compliance, prepare commercial and related agreements, do research and update on commercial, corporate compliance and related issues.
Prior to joining Sithisak Law Office, she was a legal assistant to the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Leakhena has been involved in several social voluntary activities with the local and international NGOs such as the Water Natural Resource in South East Asia (WANASEA) and with the Extraordinary Chamber in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).
