Sithisak Law Office was privileged to assist in resolving a land dispute that had persisted for over 27 years between the Army Training Center, military families, veterans, local residents, and the Thai Henglong Company in Treng Trayung Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong Speu Province.

Under the leadership of H.E. General Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Army, our legal team worked to ensure that all parties reached a fair and lawful resolution.

On 14 May 2022, the dispute concluded successfully, with 87 ownership certificates officially issued to rightful landholders — including military families, veterans, and local residents.
