នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី ឆាក់ លឹមឈាង ប្រធានផ្នែកអចលនវត្ថុ និងសំណង់នៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី សិទ្ធិស័ក្តិ មានកិត្តិយសបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិន នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីអំពី «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រឆ្លាតវៃ សម្រាប់អ្នកជំនាញអចលនទ្រព្យ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលទីផ្សារកំពុងប្រឈម» ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយសមាគមអ្នកវាយតម្លៃ និង ភ្នាក់ងារអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងដើម្បីចែករំលែកអំពីបទពិសោធន៍ វិធីសាស្ត្រ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដើម្បីយកឈ្នះទីផ្សារអចលនវត្ថុ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកំពុងជួបការលំបាក ក៏ដូចជាការត្រៀមខ្លួនឱ្យបានរួចរាល់សម្រាប់ពេលដែលសេដ្ឋកិច្ចល្អប្រសើរឡើងវិញ។

On 23 July 2026, Attorney CHHAK Limchheang, Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice Group of Sithisak Law Office, had the honor of participating as a speaker and attendees at a seminar on “Smart Strategies for Real Estate Professionals in a Challenging Market” organized by the Cambodia Valuers and Estate Agents Association.

The seminar aimed to share practical experiences, approaches, and strategies for overcoming challenges in the real estate market during periods of economic difficulty as well as helping participants to capitalize on opportunities upon the market recovery.
