The initial tranche successfully raised 343.35 billion riels (approximately USD 85.5 million)<\/strong>, with the second tranche planned to bring the total issuance to around 400 billion riels (approximately USD 100 million)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This landmark issuance marked a significant step forward for Cambodia\u2019s capital market development by introducing a new class of financial instrument to local investors. Our team supported the transaction through comprehensive legal due diligence, regulatory advisory, and documentation<\/strong>, helping ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and maintaining investor confidence throughout the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
