This annual declaration is an addition to other registration\/reporting requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Application Deadline<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 months from the 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;month of the enterprise\u2019s re-registration or registration date on the Ministry of Commerce\u2019s online system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Description<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As required by law and relevant regulations, all companies, branches, and representative offices are required to file the ADCE to the Ministry of Commerce. Following the Prakas N. 107, online submission of the ADCE must be performed within three months from the 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;month of the enterprise\u2019s re-registration or registration date on the Ministry of Commerce\u2019s online system.
