- Assisted multiple fund managers in CIS registration and trust agreement reviews and advised on required information and documents for public fund establishment.
- Acting as Security Agent for creditors and ADB-backed bond isssuances in Cambodia, having total approximate value of USD 100 million.
- Advised two big investment clubs/groups in their internal restructuring, fund establishment process, capital increase through IPO and private placement, having approximate fund value of USD 100 million.
- Advised and assisted several foreign fund management companies (from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.) in their project financing, loan facility, structured note, private bond and many other financing arrangements to many local MFIs and companies in Cambodia, and advising and assisting those foreign fund management companies in structuring securitization, preparing security agreements and other arrangement to secure the best interest of creditors and effective enforcement.
- Advised an investment company on a litigation case at Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) involving the using of trust fund of USD 100 million where security interest was made under various security documents including shares pledge agreement, hypothec agreement, note subscription agreements and guarantee agreement.
