PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Ms. Han specializes in corporate law, assisting with company incorporations and drafting/ reviewing commercial agreements, including leases, loans, purchase/sale, escrow, and joint ventures. She also supports clients with due diligence and commercial negotiations. Before joining Sithisak, Han worked at KCP Cambodia, a Singapore-based regional law firm, where she worked closely with Chinese-speaking clients. Her deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices has earned her the trust of many Chinese investors. She provides strategic business and investment advice from a macro perspective and shares insights on investment trends across Southeast Asia, drawing from her experience in China, Cambodia, and Myanmar.  

Han is fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Provided expert consultation to hundreds of Chinese clients on corporate structures and regulatory compliance, facilitating successful business operations in Cambodia;  
• Assisted several Chinese clients with project financing, securing funding for major projects and structuring deals in line with local market requirements.
