PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Ms. Seamleng has over 9 years of experience specializing in Environment, Real Estate, and Banking & Finance law. She has advised clients on private lending, land issues, real estate sale-purchase and lease agreements, joint ventures in real estate investment, and high- stakes deals. She has assisted over 10 commercial banks and financial institutions with securing encumbrance and hypothec registration and supported hundreds of clients in land ownership transfers and title conversions.  

She speaks Khmer, English and French.
