PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Atty. Davy currently a member of the Working Group for Business Advisory Council of Ministry of Commerce, focusing on promoting and strengthening compliance. She is an experienced legal professional specializing in business, corporate law, labour law and insurance law. Her expertise includes enterprise and tax registrations, securing various business licenses and permits, and advising on corporate governance and compliance. She also handles business reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, company dissolutions, and updates company’s details. In addition, Atty. Davy also excels in employment law, advising on labor compliance, employee contracts, HR policies, and workplace investigations, and providing strategic guidance on matters such as staff registration, terminations, and work permit and overtime applications.  

She speaks Khmer and English.

• She recently advised on corporate governance to more than 20 companies seeking to be listed, ensuring compliance with Cambodian securities laws and regulations;  
• She conducted legal due diligence on more than 100 companies for their M&A transactions and their proposed listing both local and internation marketplace;  
• She assisted several companies to apply for Qualified Investment Project (QIP), approval on master list and Certificate of Compliance from Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC);  
• She assisted thousands of companies regarding their changes of corporate details, and registration of branches / representative office with the relevant ministries.
