PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Mr. Try Bakleang has been chairing and actively lead the Japan Desk of Sithisak Law Office during the last 4 years. He has extensive knowledge and experiences in real estate, construction, trust, corporate, labor and employment, banking and finance, capital markets, and litigation. With many years of legal experiences and fluent in Japanese language, he advises and assists Japanese investors on legal matters in Cambodia.  

He speaks Khmer, Japanese and English.

• Advising on an Hydropower Plant Development Project and on its various construction agreements with the value of more than USD 300 million;
• Advising on a Data Center Building Construction Contract with the value of more than USD 2.5 million;  
• Advising on fund establishment process having the amount of more than USD 80 million;
• Advising on a lease agreement for export-oriented corn plantation covering the land size of 1,000 hectares; 
• Advising on a USD 15.5 million land transaction, including the preparing of purchase agreement, escrow agreement, and trust deed.
