Atty. Kouchseam has been a recognized member of Sithisal Law Office for nearly 10 years, offering comprehensive legal services to businesses. With extensive expertise in corporate law, Atty. Kouchseam has a broad range of experience, including advising both international and local clients on laws and regulations related to general corporate and investment matters, company incorporation, dissolution, restructurings and reorganizations. Her proficiency extends to areas such as product registration, business license compliance, consumer protection, competition matter, conducting legal due diligence, and healthcare. Additionally, Atty. Kouchseam is also involved in handling tax matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPOs, corporate bonds, post and telecommunication matter, drafting various agreements, and representing clients before the courts, and preparing various legal documents as required by our valuable clients. She speaks Khmer and English.

HER REMARKABLE PROJECT: 

• She advised and assisted a major wholesale supermarket in Cambodia, an American beverage company, and Thai beverage company on the products registration and corporate compliance; 
• She advised and assisted in thousand business set-up and applying for the change of business details and provided general advice for various local and international companies with regard to compliance issue; 
• She advised and assisted a French company in establishing a private security firm under public private partnership with the Royal Government; 
• She assisted a local company in applying for a derivative broker license from SER; 
• She advised and conducted legal due diligence on corporate and business license compliance to more than 20 companies seeking to be listed, ensuring compliance with Cambodia law and regulation, and supported in their restructuring and reorganization efforts.
