PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Mrs. Phanavy is an experienced Legal Advisor in the Banking and Finance Practice Group at Sithisak Law Office. With nearly five years of dedicated service, she has developed expertise in various aspects of banking and finance law. Mrs. Phanavy collaborates closely with domestic bank teams and their clients to prepare loan and security agreements, as well as manage the registration of encumbrances with the Land Department. 

In addition to her primary responsibilities, she plays an active role in providing legal updates on developments in the banking and finance sector. Her responsibilities also include conducting in-depth legal research, performing detailed legal analysis, and drafting a wide range of legal documents, ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
