PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Joining Sithisak since 2020, Mr. Sophol works with Advisors, Attorney-at-Law, and other Legal Assistance in Real Estate and Construction Practice Group. Being a part of Real Estate and Construction Practice Group, he assists in drafting and reviewing several agreements including but not limited to land/house sale and purchase agreement, lease agreement, loan agreement, joint venture/partnership agreement, construction agreement, service agreement, etc. He also assists in conducting legal due diligence, ownership transferring, hypothec registration and deregistration, and assists in applying for any license/permit regarding the field of this sector. He speaks Khmer and English.
