The initial tranche successfully raised 343.35 billion riels (approximately USD 85.5 million), with the second tranche planned to bring the total issuance to around 400 billion riels (approximately USD 100 million).

This landmark issuance marked a significant step forward for Cambodia’s capital market development by introducing a new class of financial instrument to local investors.
