សៀវភៅការងារកម្មករនិយោជិតខ្មែរ គឺជាឯកសារបញ្ជាក់អត្តសញ្ញាណការងារ ដែលចេញដោយក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈសម្រាប់កម្មករនិយោជិត។ សៀវភៅការងារកម្មករនិយោជិតខ្មែរ មានកត់ត្រាព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖

• អត្តសញ្ញាណកម្មករនិយោជិត
• ឈ្មោះសហគ្រាសដែលបម្រើការងារ
• ប្រាក់ឈ្នួលពេលចូលធ្វើការ និងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលចុងក្រោយ
• កាលបរិច្ឆេទចូល និងឈប់ពីការងារ
• ប្រវត្តិការងារ និងព័ត៌មានពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗទៀត។

ម្ចាស់សហគ្រាស មិនអាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មករនិយោជិតខ្មែរដោយគ្មានសៀវភៅការងារឡើយ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្រសួងការងារបានដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់សៀវភៅការងារកម្មករនិយោជិតខ្មែរទម្រង់ថ្មី ដែលត្រូវស្នើសុំតាមប្រព័ន្ធស្វ័យប្រវត្តិកម្មរបស់ក្រសួង។

លើសពីនេះ សៀវភៅការងារត្រូវយកទៅចុះទិដ្ឋការ ចេញ ឬចូល ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ពីស្ថានភាពការងាររបស់កម្មករនិយោជិត។ ការចុះទិដ្ឋការនេះត្រូវធ្វើឡើងក្នុងរយៈពេលមិនលើសពី ០៧ថ្ងៃ បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលឱ្យធ្វើការ ឬឈប់ពីការងារ។

ក្នុងករណីម្ចាស់សហគ្រាស មិនអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចខាងលើនឹងត្រូវប្រឈមនឹងការផ្តន្ទាទោសតាមបទបញ្ញត្តិស្តីពីការងារជាធរមាន។

Cambodian employment book is a document that certifies the work issued by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training for employee. Cambodian Employment Book consists of important information such as:

• Employee’s identity;
• Name of employed enterprise;
• First and last salary;
• Date of employment and last working day; and
• Employment history and other relevant information.

Owner of enterprise cannot use employee that do not possess employment book. Presently, the Ministry of Labour implement new form of Cambodian employment book that can be requested through automatic system of the Ministry.

Furthermore, Cambodian employment book shall be visaed IN or OUT to illustrates the work situation of the employee. This visa shall be made no longer than 07 days after the date of employment or leaving work. In the event that the owner of enterprise fail to fulfill this obligation, the owner will face penalty under the labour regulation.
