Effective from 1 January 2026, workers in the textile, garment, footwear, and travel goods and bags sectors shall be paid a minimum monthly wage of USD 210 for regular employees and USD 208 for probationary employees.

For piecework-based workers, remuneration shall be calculated based on actual output. However, where total earnings fall below the applicable minimum monthly wage, the worker shall be entitled to receive the minimum monthly wage.

In addition to the new minimum wage, all other benefits currently provided to employees shall be maintained.
