On 28 April 2024, the Traju Training Center successfully organized a seminar on “Contract Techniques”, featuring Dr. Chhak Limchheang, Co-founder and Senior Researcher of the Sala Traju Association, as the guest speaker. The event was officially opened by H.E. Phal Pisal, Director of the Traju Training Center, and was attended by a large number of law students, practitioners, and professionals from various institutions.

During the session, Dr. Limchheang, being also the Head of Contraction and Real Estate Practice Group of Sithisak Law Office, delivered an insightful and in-depth presentation on the structure, drafting, and negotiation of legal contracts, providing participants with both theoretical and practical perspectives. His lecture focused on the essential elements of contract formulation, common legal pitfalls, and best practices to ensure enforceability and compliance under Cambodian law.

The seminar received enthusiastic participation from attendees who appreciated the opportunity to strengthen their practical legal knowledge and improve their contract drafting skills.
