From 24–26 March 2024, Sithisak Law Office participated in the 2nd National Science, Technology, and Innovation Day, organized by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI). Over three days, our legal team provided free consultations and shared insights with participants on key legal topics relevant to innovation and business operations. Discussions focused on company formation, joint ventures, factory establishment, intellectual property registration, debt recovery, and public listing. By participating in this national event, Sithisak helped bridge the gap between innovation and legal compliance, encouraging responsible entrepreneurship and the protection of intellectual property rights.
