On 29 February 2024, Sithisak Law Office was honored to be invited as a guest speaker at the 27th Training and Examination and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program organized by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). Our presentation, titled “The Roles of Lawyers in the Promotion of the Securities Sector in Cambodia,” highlighted the growing importance of legal professionals in strengthening the country’s capital market ecosystem.
