PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Atty. Sokvichhai has over 9 years of experience in labor, corporate, commercial, and investment advisory in Cambodia. He advises businesses on commercial, tax, and labor registration, business licensing, product registration and distribution, recapitalization and restructuring, and M&A transactions. He has specialized experience in advising on collective investment funds, IPOs, bond issuances, investment incentives, qualified investment projects, and labor/employment matters. Sokvichhai also assists major companies in drafting complex commercial agreements.  

He speaks Khmer and English.

• Assisted 20+ companies with proposed listings at the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) and foreign markets through IPOs and bond issuances;
• Advised on several real estate development joint ventures and projects in Phnom Penh and Kampot province, valued over USD 300 million;  
• Provided strategic advice on labor compliance, HR policies, labour dispute settlement, and union issues to a footwear factory, a multinational beverage company, and a plywood factory employing more than 20,000 workers;  
• Advised Japanese and local investors on asset financing and private investment, totaling over USD 400 million, and assisted them in securing the funding and structuring investment deals.
