PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Before joining Sithisak, Hort Leng gained extensive experience in Cambodia’s legal and compliance landscape through roles in both private and public sectors. He served as a Junior Legal Associate at Davies SM Attorney-at-Laws, where he drafted legal memos and advisory documents, contributed to complex regulatory matters, and assisted in preparing legal publications on corporate, telecommunications, and merger control issues. Prior to that, he worked as a Paralegal at Sethalay Law Office, supporting the drafting of key regulatory documents under Cambodia’s Competition Law and contributing to policy assessments on public financial management and health coverage. His earlier experience as a Legal & Compliance Intern at Dai-ichi Life (Cambodia) PLC. strengthened his foundation in contract review, legal research, and administrative compliance.
