Since joining Sithisak Law Office in 2021, Bunheang has specialized in drafting loan and security documents for a diverse clientele. His expertise encompasses the preparation of various financial agreements, including but not limited to loan facility agreements, hypothec agreements, guarantee agreements, pledge agreements, and other essential documentation for securing debts. 

In addition to his work on financial documents, Bunheang directly assists clients with land transfer ownership, ensuring that all transactions are conducted smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements. He plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of real property transfers, including both standard and intricate transactions involving hypothecated land. 

Bunheang also supports banks and financial institutions with the registration of hypothecs over land and the submission of notices to the Ministry of Commerce’s Secure Transactions Office. As the primary point of contact between Sithisak Law Office and numerous banks and financial institutions, he effectively manages relationships and communication to ensure seamless service delivery.

He is fluent in Khmer and English.
